Also, chemicals in swimming pools and bath gels can erode the surface of your crystals over time.

Keep your bracelet away from high temperature and strong sunlight to preserve color and quality: Natural crystals are primarily formed underground, and prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause pigments in colored crystals to fade. Crystals like rose quartz, citrine, and aquamarine should not be left in direct sunlight for extended periods.

Avoid letting your jewelry come into contact with harsh surfaces. Storing your pieces individually in pouches we provide can also help to prevent scratches.

Limit others wearing your crystal: letting others wear your crystal bracelets for extended periods can affect its energy and magnetic field. Short-term wear, such as trying on for an hour or two, is fine. If you are worried, simply purify and recharge the crystal afterward.

Return requirements

Return and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.

Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included).

If you wish to exchange a product, you shall request a return and make a new order.

Return shipping

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returning orders subject to a return fee will be deducted from the amount being refunded to you.

In-stock orders are shipped within one week from the date of order.

Back-stock orders and pre-order items will be shipped at a later date and this date will be noted on the product page and on your order confirmation email.
